Mental Health Division - administrative judges psychiatrists practicing
The purpose of Institutional guidelines for preventing and managing the risk of appearance of bias and other ethical issues arising from the appointment to the Mental Health Division of psychiatric administrative judges who continue to act as physicians in a designated hospital is to prevent and manage ethical issues and the risk of appearance of bias arising from the appointment of psychiatric administrative judges who continue to act as physicians in a designated hospital within the Mental Health Division (MHD).
Courtroom
The Institutional guidelines on changing the modes of participation in any adjudicative activity of the Social Affairs Section (SAS) (except those concerning the Mental Health Division (MHD)) and the Institutional guidelines on changing the modes of participation in any adjudicative activity of the Real Estate Section (RES), Territory and Environment Section (TES) or Economic Affairs Section(EAS) are intended to oversee the processing of applications to change, in whole or in part, the manner of participation in a hearing, conciliation or any other adjudicative activity scheduled in the courtroom or by technological means, as the case may be.
Postponements
These Institutional guidelines concerning postponements at the TAQ apply to any postponements submitted to the Tribunal.
Use of information technology
These Institutional guidelines for the use of information technology during hearings of the Tribunal administratif du Québec apply to any person who is present at or participates in a hearing of the Tribunal, including those conducted in whole or in part by video hearing.
Electronic filing of documents
The Institutional guidelines concerning the electronic filing of documents are used to inform parties about the applicable rules regarding the electronic filing of document to their files.
